Mike joined the company in 2017 and, through hard work, technical expertise, and leadership, advanced from Structural Welder to Code Welder, specializing in pressure vessel and pipe fabrication. His dedication to quality led him into leadership roles as Code Welding Supervisor and later Quality Control Manager, where he helped strengthen quality systems and processes that continue to support the company’s growth.
Today, Mike serves as the company-wide trainer for all new welders, playing a key role as we rapidly expand. He also developed our welder training program, creating a strong foundation for welders to build their skills and grow with confidence.
